Emily’s Star: Blossom Room’s 2025 Charity of the Year
Blossom Room’s 2025 Charity of the Year
At Blossom Room, we believe in giving back to our community and supporting causes that make a real difference in people’s lives. That’s why we are proud to announce Emily’s Star as our Charity of the Year for 2025. This incredible Milton Keynes-based charity has touched the hearts of many with its dedication to empowering families, supporting premature babies, and raising awareness for life-limiting conditions.
Our Mission Together
We are partnering with Emily’s Star to raise vital funds and awareness for their three core missions:
Making Special Memories for Families in Need
Emily’s Star fulfills wishes for families with a child or young adult (up to 25 years old) facing life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses. By providing meaningful experiences, they help create precious memories during challenging times.
Raising Awareness for Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome)
Trisomy 18, also known as Edwards Syndrome, is the UK’s second most common syndrome. Emily’s Star advocates for compassionate diagnosis language and promotes understanding of this life-limiting condition to support affected families.
Providing “Emily’s Gift” Neonatal Boxes
These thoughtfully curated boxes offer essential items for mothers and their premature or underweight babies at the Milton Keynes neonatal unit. The charity also provides Mini Packs for neonatal units nationwide, bringing comfort and support to families across the UK.
How You Can Help
Throughout the year, we will host a variety of fundraising events, charity nights, and community initiatives to support Emily’s Star. Whether you join us for a special event or make a donation, every contribution helps keep Emily’s Star shining bright for those in need.
Empowering families, supporting premature babies, and raising awareness for life-limiting conditions in Milton Keynes and beyond.
